On July 8 and 9, the 1st training session in Operational Excellence, adapted to our nuclear professions, was held, led by Eric Blanc, in the premises of TUNZINI NuclĂ©aire at PECQ. It was an opportunity for the participants to (re) discover and put into practice the known methods of Lean Management, namely 8D, 5S and visual management. thanks to Jerome Canivez, Christian Canton, Vincent GILLET, MickaĂ«l Grataloup, Gilbert Le Bigot, Eric-Daniel MARTIN, Hugo Nauges Franco, Patrick STEIN for their participation and involvement during its 2 days of training. This 1st session opens the ball to more than 30 sessions which will begin in September 2021. They are an integral part of our vast training program called CAMPUS AVENIR, whose mission is to provide our teams with the tools and knowledge of excellence to ” do it right the first time â. CAMPUS AVENIR also aims to anchor a safety culture through a new personalized e-learning, available from October on the VINCI UP platform! Other training programs are being studied to meet the challenges of our AVENIR plan. These programs are approved by our internal training organization IFAT, itself QUALIOPI certified, a guarantee of quality.
