A striking resemblance in the melodies between two songs, one by Riff Cohen, and another by Ridha Diki, has just been spotted by musician Jamel Ben Haj Khelifa (brother of Ridha Diki) who has decided to file a complaint against the Israeli singer for plagiarism.
« Without any scruples, Riff Cohen plagiarized the song of my brother Rida Diki! “, announced this morning the musician Jamel Ben Haj Khelifa on his Facebook page, by publishing excerpts from the song “ Tell me “By Riff Cohen and” I wanna be by Ridha Diki, who passed away in 2019.
The resemblance in the melodies and rhythms of the two songs is indeed quite striking. The Israeli singer is not on her first flight, she would have plagiarized a Turkish song also in 2012, indicates Jamel Ben Haj Khelifa, specifying that he will have recourse to justice.
