This was revealed from the Order for the Commencement of Investigation (SPDP) received by the Jombang District Attorney (Kejari).
The head of the Jombang District Attorney’s Office, Imran said that his party received the SPDP from the police today, Wednesday (11/10/2021).
The SPDP lists the status of the suspect in the accident on behalf of Tubagus Muhammad Joddy.
“Today we have received the SPDP. SPDP Number 837,” said Imran, Head of the Jombang Kejari, quoted from Kompas.com, (10/11/2021) evening.
“There has been (a suspect). In the name of Tubagus Muhammad Jody,” said Imran.
Imran explained Joddy snared article 310 paragraph 2 and paragraph 4 of Law No. 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation.
“(Article) of the Traffic Law, Article 310 paragraph 2 and paragraph 4. For the time being,” said Imran.
After receiving the SPDP regarding the accident that happened to Vanessa’s family car, the prosecutor’s office will conduct a file research.
