Russia urgent United States of America stop sending weapons to Ukraine because it can trigger tension in the middle of a war, like pouring oil on a fire.
“What America is doing is spilling oil on the fire,” Russia’s ambassador to the US, Anatoly Antonov, told the media. Russia 24TVMonday (25/4).
“We emphasize our disapproval of this situation, when the United States is sending weapons to Ukraine, and we urge an end to this action.”
Antonov said that Russia had also lodged a formal protest via a diplomatic note to the US government. However, the note has not yet been replied to.
As reported Reutersthe Army and some Western countries do continue to send weapons to Kyiv against Russia.
Some of the weapons include drones, Howitzer heavy artillery, Stinger anti-aircraft missiles and Javelin anti-tank missiles.
Not only that, the US Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, and the US Secretary of Defense, Lloyd Austin, also visited Kyiv on Sunday (24/4).
