The former speaker of the parliament burned the leader for a coalition between Petkov’s and Ninova’s formations
The host of “Face to Face” on bTV Tsvetanka Rizova made a lot of efforts to get the former Speaker of the National Assembly, Nikola Minchev, to say that after the elections it is possible to manage PP-DB with the support of GERB.
She attacked him with quotes from Boyko Borisov, claiming that his party was ready to lend a hand and vote for changes in the judicial reform. Rizova emphasized that Borisov was angry that this did not happen in the previous parliament.
“I would have been happy if Borisov had been angry about this in the middle of the mandate of the previous National Assembly”, Minchev commented and hinted that this was an effect of the new sanctions under the “Magnitsky” law announced by the USA. The PP representative added that once again Boyko Borisov changed his mind on important issues later.
After a question from the presenter, Nikola Minchev stated that he does not see a great chance for a post-election coalition with the BSP. “There have been quite a few disagreements with the BSP, unfortunately,” he commented.
During the interrogation, the former Speaker of the Parliament also questioned the scandal with Alexander Dunchev, who accused the PP of not supporting him in the fight against the forest mafia. “Support for the fight against the forest mafia is not about whether you are first or second on the list. Second is not eighth, this is an electable place,” replied Minchev.
