As far as the total number of goals is concerned, the second division handball players from TSV Bayer Dormagen are not doing so badly in the race. Six games before the end of the season, only seven teams have conceded fewer goals than coach Matthias Flohr’s team. Even top teams like Dessau, Potsdam and Ludwigshafen are worse in this respect. But before the English week, which starts on Friday evening with the game at TV Großwallstadt, that’s no reason to be satisfied. Because especially in the recent past, the Dormagen defensive in the fight against relegation did not give a good picture at all.
