“We cannot believe such a man! Not all of us have a short memory and remember how she, as the speaker of the parliament, returned the social laws to the BSP, behaved arrogantly with the opposition deputies, did not accept their declarations, advised the people’s representatives not to work during the protests, hid ministers during the parliamentary session control,” Yotova said. Apparently, Tsacheva relies on people’s short memory, but we will not allow that to happen, noted the candidate for vice president. According to her, Tsacheva has become one of the symbols of disunity together with President Rosen Plevneliev. According to the BSP, it does not underestimate any candidate for the head of state.
“We are very determined to overturn these elections and not allow them to be falsified,” Yotova said categorically. “For me and Gen. Rumen Radev, Bulgaria is a homeland for everyone, not for five companies that constantly win public contracts. And the rest to be miserable and wonder how to survive”, Iliyana Yotova addressed the people of Lom.
The vice-presidential candidate noted that it is time for the presidential institution to be filled with content. “Today, the main problem of the state is called national security. Bulgaria needs a guard and a protector – this is our candidate gene. Rumen Radev”, noted Iliana Yotova. According to her, the government cannot deal with the refugee crisis. The solution is strict border security, not the opening of new migrant camps.
Yotova noted that there are three priorities in the program of their presidential candidate couple – solving the demographic crisis, stopping the madness in the field of education and affordable health care for everyone. The candidate for vice president paid special attention to the integration of the Roma. “I am not ashamed to say that I grew up among Roma people. We used to play and go to school together. These Roma received an adequate education, thanks to which they are now working,” Yotova said. Unfortunately, integration has been misunderstood in recent years. According to her, a lot of money has been spent on non-governmental organizations, which are supposed to integrate the Roma. However, they only took the money without doing anything. “It has become so that the Gypsies cannot get a quality education, they do not go to school and, accordingly, they cannot find a job. They are forced to steal, ghettos are created and that’s where the problems come from,” Iliana Yotova summarized. According to her, the solution to their integration should start with their quality education.
