The judges of the Supreme Electoral Tribunal (TSE) signed the final scrutiny report of the results of the Legislative Assembly elections, in said document they declared the 60 regular deputies and 60 substitutes elected.
By carrying out this process, the TSE is preparing to publish the scrutiny report in the Official Gazette, since in this way they will deliver the credentials to the elected deputies this Wednesday, March 20 at the Court’s headquarters hotel.
In this sense, the new deputies of the Legislative Assembly will exercise their functions on May 1, 2024 and will end on April 30, 2027.
The Legislative Assembly will be made up of 54 deputies corresponding to the New Ideas party, 2 from the Nationalist Republican Alliance (Arena), 2 from the National Concertation Party (PCN), 1 from the Christian Democratic Party (PDC) and 1 from Vamos.
It should be noted that the final scrutiny of deputies began on Sunday, February 11, a week after the elections of February 4, which thirty-eight days after the elections, finally concluded in scrutiny.
