The magistrates of the Supreme Electoral Tribunal (TSE) reported that the General Inspectorate will be investigating the placement of a billboard whose message would be directed against the Movimiento Semilla party, in Mixco.
The president of the TSE, Irma Palencia, indicated that she learned about this case through social networks and that it will be discussed at the next meeting of prosecutors. Separately, magistrate Ranulfo Rojas reported that the General Inspectorate had already confirmed to him that the issue of the fence would be being investigated and documented.

The fence against the Seed Movement

Seed party lawyer, Juan Gerardo Guerreroannounced that they will accompany the inspection process by the TSE, which indicated that it began ex officio, and that later, depending on the findings they make, they would be raising the case so that the full magistrates know it.
