Nadi Shodana, or alternating nostril breathing, is a practice yoga. It is in fact included among the breathing techniques. This practice in fact involves breathing alternately from the two nostrils. Thus both hemispheres of our brain will be well oxygenated. But not only. Stopping to do this exercise will allow us to take a moment of calm. The first step of breathing is the inhalation. You have to release the right nostril and inhale for a few seconds.
