A recipe for a delicious Easter cake. We make a soft dough (leaven), roll out a rectangle, spread with softened butter, sprinkle with raisins and roll up. We cut the roller (leave the end connected), shape the cake and put it in the prepared form (to rise). Bake in an oven heated to 170°C for approx. 40 min. A must try with a stick! Form size 16 cm, lined with folded baking paper to a height of approx. 15 cm.
