Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside and ready in under 20 minutes. The delicious tarte flambée fan rolls are perfect for picnics, party buffets or snacks.

The combination of crème fraîche, bacon and onion is learned and always tastes good. Whether as a filling for a tarte flambée calzone or as a topping for a low carb tarte flambée – a true guarantee of taste that will inspire enthusiasm in everyone.

For our latest creation we need the popular Sunday rolls, the dough of which is packed in a tin and “cracks” so nicely when opened. You know exactly what I mean, don’t you? No viral recipe in recent years has escaped the dough and that’s not surprising. The basic recipe for these buns is so simple that even those who normally have trouble opening a bag of chips can easily handle it. With just a quick crack, they are freed from the tin and can be put in the oven. No annoying preparation, no sticky hands – just pure convenience.

They are super tasty and versatile. Whether mini-pizzas, pizza pockets, plucked bread, bread on a stick or for sausages in a dressing gown – the dough can do a lot, e.g. also quick tarte flambée fan rolls.

That’s how it’s done:

You only need a handful of ingredients:

  • 50 g fresh cream
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0,5 TL Pfeffer
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1 pack (330 g each) fresh dough for Sunday rolls
  • 50 g onions, diced
  • 80 g grated cheese
  • 50 g diced ham
  • chives, to taste

The preparation is quick and easy:

  1. Mix together the crème fraîche, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Put aside.
  2. Take the Sunday rolls out of the packaging and separate them from each other. Carefully score each piece of dough several times with a knife. Be careful not to cut the buns all the way through.
  3. Spread the crèmes with the cream and fill with onions, grated cheese and diced ham.
  4. Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C for about 15 minutes.
  5. Garnish with chives if you like.
  6. Relish!
