Try the Huawei MatePad Pro 11 Tablet Launched in Bangkok, Ready for Sale in Indonesia

The Huawei MatePad Pro 11 tablet will launch in Indonesia in the near future. Is this device more responsive than its predecessor?

At an event held by Huawei in Bangkok on July 27, 2022, one of the devices launched was the Huawei MatePad Pro 11. Huawei has plans to bring this premium tablet in August. Therefore, it is certain that Huawei Indonesia will provide further announcements for this one device.

For the back, Huawei uses coating named Nano-scal Optical which is claimed to be resistant to fingerprint oil. For the camera, Huawei designed a shape similar to smartphone P50 Pro. The rear camera itself has a resolution of 13 MP.

Tablet with dimensions of 11 inches is indeed quite thin in its class. The thickness of the MatePad Pro 11 is only 5.9 mm and weighs only 449 grams. This includes 6 speaker which is claimed to have quality cinematic. This is because speakerit can reproduce sound in detail.

The MatePad Pro 11 uses the Snapdragon 870 and Snapdragon 888 SoCs. Most likely, the Snapdragon 870 version will enter Indonesia. To cool the processor, Huawei already uses 3D Graphene Liquid Cooling System. This has been proven to reduce the heat of Snapdragon 888.

Huawei also introduced keyboard magnetic new for MatePad Pro 11. Huawei claims this whiteboard has the same level of experience as PC as it has 1.5mm key travel distance. Besides that, keyboard The detachable one also has a hidden antenna. This will make the WiFi signal stronger.

Huawei MatePad Pro 11 can also use multi window up to 4 windows. Sylt used has also been improved so that handwriting will be smoother. Huawei has also provided a feature for capturing colors, just like the features in the Photoshop application.

I also tried to use this one tablet. Of course, this is due to some of the features that Huawei has embedded in the MatePad Pro 11. The first thing I tested was the ability handwriting recognitionwhich turned out to be very good. Trying to write something that is not in the dictionary can also be recognized well.

This is certainly quite useful when we are writing fast without having to use keyboard. Next up is the tablet’s ability to copy colors taken from the camera. This is what Huawei puts forward to replicate the colors captured and applied to the image. Huawei claims that this color capture is always used by many designers, including Jimmy Choo who was also present at this event.

I also tried Huawei’s claim that this device is capable of displaying 4 windows. Apparently, this can be done by dividing the screen into 2 with split screen. Furthermore, this tablet can also display 2 floating window so that the total applications that can be run are 4.

The sound from the tablet is also loud and loud, even in a large room full of people. It is indeed thanks to 6 speaker that’s on the MatePad 11. Imagining this device to watch Netflix at home, of course, no longer have to use speaker additional.

Keyboard The new one used on the MatePad Pro 11 is indeed more comfortable when compared to the one on the MatePad 11. What’s even more comfortable is keyboard it can still be used when removed from the tablet. This allows users to position their screen and keyboard more flexibly. The guard also said that keyboard it can last up to 2 hours when removed.

Feel From the existing operating system it is the same as the MatePad 11 tablet. I haven’t had time to check whether this tablet is still using HarmonyOS 2 or is already in 3. However, this device feels more responsive when operated. I don’t know if it’s because the demo unit uses Snapdragon 888 or the faster HarmonyOS.

Unfortunately, I’m not satisfied with trying this one tablet. This is of course because the schedule given is indeed quite tight. But for sure, I am waiting for Huawei to send its review unit to Hybrid so that it can be enjoyed longer.

Huawei has also not provided an official price for Indonesia. For its official launch in Indonesia, Huawei confirmed that this device will be available at the end of August 2022. So, let’s just wait for its presence.
