Vyacheslav Trusov said that they often try to use his daughter’s name “in an unfair manner”, and she doesn’t own the VK page, on which the figure skater’s allegedly appeared.
“This page is fake. I don’t understand at all who is spreading on her behalf and who is referring to it. There will be no official information before the federation confirms everything, according to its own rules. Let’s respect the procedures, ”Vyacheslav Trusov told Sport-Express.
A VKontakte publication allegedly made on behalf of Alexandra Trusova stated that she left Eteri Tutberidze for personal reasons.
“My mentor is now Evgeni Viktorovich Plushenko. We have already chosen music for my new programs, and after quarantine we will begin training. Please treat my decision with understanding and without negativity. I really hope and count on your support, ”the statement said.
As specified by Sport24 in the official group of the figure skater VKontakte, the girl has a personal page only on the Instagram network. No such statements were published there.
The departure of Alexandra Trusova from Eteri Tutberidze became known the day before. Later, the trainer herself confirmed this on her Instagram page. She expressed regret for having to part with the pupil.
