NEW YORK — New York Attorney General Letitia James and Donald Trump’s lawyers on Thursday released their lists of potential witnesses for the civil fraud trial expected to begin Monday in New York and the former president is expected to be called to testify, sources revealed to our sister network NBC.
The list for impeachment includes Donald Trump, his children Donald Trump Jr., Eric Trump and Ivanka Trump and a host of current and former bankers, accountants and employees of the Trump Organization.
Notable names include Michael Cohen, Allen Weisselberg and his son Jack, Trump’s executive vice president Alan Garten, and Donald Bender, Trump’s longtime accountant. The defense has a list of 127 names of fact witnesses that will surely be questioned by both the Prosecutor’s Office and Judge Arthur Engoron.
