The campaign’s claim is not true. According to the news channel CNN, six journalists got into the courtroom, one of which is Haberman. In addition, a hundred journalists watched the events of the courtroom on TV screens in a separate room.

According to Bekiempis, Trump’s nap happened several times.

Also according to Haberman, Trump “seemed to take a nap a few times, his mouth went limp and his head dropped to his chest.” Trump also didn’t notice the notes from his lawyer until he woke up.

Trump’s first criminal trial began on Monday in Manhattan, New York. The historic trial deals with suspected accounting crimes related to money paid by Trump to porn actress Stormy Daniels.

According to many, the 77-year-old Trump already looked tired when he arrived at the courthouse, so dozing off in the courtroom is understandable.

According to the British newspaper Independent, Trump has been referred to in social media, among other things Godfather-film series with the names Don Snorleone and The Nodfather.

In the former, the name of the Don Corleone character is combined with the word snore, in the latter, the front part of the English name of the films is replaced by the word nod, referring to nodding.

Some of the light prank messages contain a more direct message that Trump is not fit to be president.

Biden’s re-election campaign has also offered Trump his own medicine, although it has not collapsed directly into nominations. It was content to just publish a video clip of Haberman talking about Trump’s napping to CNN.
