It is the first time since his hospitalization, last Friday, that Trump was seen in public.
Since his admission to Walter Reed Hospital, groups of people have been on the streets to cheer on the president, and US President Donald Trump announced on Twitter that he would be making a “ surprise visit ” to those fans.

‘Learned much’
Trump also says that he ‘has learned a lot’ about the corona virus’. “I learned about the virus by actually going to school,” he says. “This is how you really learn it, not from a book but in practice”. The president says several times that the coronavirus is ‘very interesting’.

Moments later, Trump finds himself among the supporters. From a car he waves to supporters with a mouth mask. In a statement, the White House writes that President Trump has made “a short last-minute ride past supporters. He is now back in the hospital.

Several doctors are critical of Trump’s action on Twitter. They call it ‘irresponsible’ that the president is in one car with an employee.
Hermetically sealed
The car would not only be bulletproof, but also hermetically sealed in the event of a poison gas attack. Although the driver of the car wears a face mask and eye protection, the president is still contagious and at risk of transmitting the virus.
