US President Donald Trump’s attorneys have watered down the complaint they have filed about alleged electoral fraud in the state of Pennsylvania by scrapping a significant portion of it. That report the American media.

Leading up to Tuesday’s hearing, the Trump campaign dropped charges that hundreds of thousands of letter and proxy votes – 682,479 to be exact – were being processed illegally without a representative from the Republican party present.
Trump’s lawyers still want to avoid Joe Biden being officially declared the winner in Pennsylvania. The complaint that Republican voters were being disadvantaged also remains.
According to Republicans, there were technical errors in previously pro-Biden districts, which caused some voters to require help from polling station staff. Voters could then still adjust their vote. Indeed, according to a lawyer representing the Democratic party, it is possible that voters were given the opportunity to get their ballot in order, but in practice only a limited number of people will have done so. Biden got nearly 70,000 more votes than Trump in Pennsylvania.
Donald Trump has still not admitted defeat more than a week after Joe Biden was declared the winner of the presidential election by the media. He accuses the Democrats of falsifying the election, because, among other things, postal votes that arrived after election day were still counted in most states. And it is mainly the Democrats who voted by letter.
Trump’s attorneys have filed lawsuits in several states and the president is also threatening to take it to the Supreme Court. However, Biden has received a total of 5.5 million more votes and 306 electors. Trump would therefore have to win the lawsuits in several states in order to remain president, while there is no indication that fraud was committed on a large scale.
