Alec regularly imitated former president in the program Saturday Night Live. “There’s something wrong with Baldwin,” Trump said in the podcast. “He’s deranged.” The former president finds it bizarre that an actor pointed the weapon at the camera woman. “That’s strange and incomprehensible. And even if things already went wrong during the preparations, it’s still a very strange story. How in God’s name can you point a gun at someone who isn’t even in a movie?”

His son, Donald junior, also said earlier what he thought of the deadly incident. The businessman wore a T-shirt several times that read ‘Guns don’t kill people, Alec Baldwin kills people’.

The accident took place because, for an unknown reason, a bullet was in the weapon. Police are still investigating the incident. No charges have been filed against the actor.
