He criticized that they will cancel the policy of ‘Stay in Mexico’
The former president, Donald Trump, criticized the immigration crisis in the United States and called for the construction of the border wall with Mexico to be completed.
In an interview with Laura Ingraham for Fox News, Trump called the treatment of immigrant children arriving at the border “outrageous”.
Trump noted that during his administration very few people tried to cross the border because they knew they could not.
“We stopped ‘catch and release’, which was a disaster”… Most importantly, we had a ‘Stay in Mexico’ policy, and that means we didn’t allow people to wait in our country until they were fully screened… and they went back to their country, “Trump said.
Regarding Biden’s accusations that his administration allowed minors to starve, Trump denied it and suggested that he better finish building the wall.
“If young children were with their parents, but many times, they weren’t, we would take care of them, but what they do now is outrageous. And they should finish the wall, “he said.
