True crime series tries to clarify the disappearance of Elke Wevers | TV

In four episodes, the various leads that have been investigated over the past twelve years are unraveled. The makers did this on the basis of interviews with, among others, Alain Remue of the Cell Missing Persons, employees of the federal police, friends and colleagues.

The most moving testimony comes from Elke’s father René. He tells openly and honestly how it is after all this time still no answer to what happened to his daughter. “You can’t sleep anymore. You can’t eat anymore. You can no longer think logically. You are broken… I stop looking for Elke when they carry me out horizontally.”

‘Where’s Elke Weavers?’ can be seen on One from Monday to Thursday at 9.30 pm.
