A van that invaded the unique use lane of the Metropolitano and ended the lives of two younger college students who had been crossing the monitor on Túpac Amaru Avenue in Rímac. The car belongs to the Police non-commissioned officer, Edgar Manuel Rivera Miranda.
The fatalities had been college students from the Heart for Pre-College Research of the Nationwide College of Engineering (Cepreuni) who had been making an attempt to cross the monitor at Gate 6 of the UNI after they had been hit by the car pushed by the police officer.
