The Ministry of Transport and Logistics will, from October 25, 2024, generalize the computerized “Tele-services” system to breakdown companies, allowing them to electronically renew the circulation sheets relating to their vehicles.
In a press release, the ministry indicates that the generalization of “Tele-services” is part of the promotion of digital administration and considering the grievances expressed by professionals in the road transport sector during the sectoral dialogue led by the ministry, in particular those relating to the simplification and digitalization of administrative procedures.
As such, the ministry invites repair companies wishing to benefit from this service to contact the department’s external services, from the aforementioned date, for any additional information and clarifications necessary, particularly with regard to the procedure to follow to benefit from this service. Also, from the same date, the charter for the use of the “Tele-services” system specifying the conditions of use of the system as well as its user guide will be consultable and downloadable via the ministry’s website, specifies the same source.
