Troubleshooting Common Computer Issues: Resolving Installation Errors and Performance Problems

The partner has started having problems with his computer in the last year. like today we would update apex but it has space on the computer but still it is not possible to install the games for update of 14 GB it says on steam it will take 1 month. next second everything starts and works as well as possible. but everything feels very strange and you just know that his pigeon picked it up and he doesn’t know if he would have damaged something and tied it wrong but it doesn’t feel right.

I’m no expert but I’ve built a few computers and I can’t figure out what could be wrong.
