Treß is said to have been upset about the transfer of Neymar (31). The Brazilian superstar recently moved from PSG to Al-Hilal in Saudi Arabia.
According to the report, Treß said at the meeting of the European Club Association (ECA) that PSG, which is owned by Qatar Sports, was escaping UEFA’s fair play rules with the 90 million euro sale because the clubs are from Saudi Arabia investing a disproportionate amount of money in players from European clubs.
