Tropical Storm Marco swells to hurricane force | Abroad

As it looks now, Marco is heading towards Louisiana. This state, where the city of New Orleans is located, was badly hit by Hurricane Katrina in 2005. More than 1,800 people were killed and damage exceeded $ 150 billion.
