The Mexican Meteorological Service warned this Friday about the formation of a tropical storm in Pacific waters. The weather phenomenon, named Celia, is expected to bring heavy rain to the south and southeast of the country, where it could cause flooding and landslides. In addition, it is expected to move parallel to the coast, affecting Guatemala and El Salvador, the latter country whose authorities have already activated a red alert status.
