Patrolmen Víctor Lambraño and Diego Rincón, members of the FUCOT group of the Barranquilla Metropolitan Police, review the northern banking sector of the city daily and this Friday they found a white envelope on the floor that contained a total of 2 million pesos inside in cash and a check for 4 million 700 thousand pesos.
The incident occurred in a banking establishment on Calle 77 with Carrera 57 and the patrolmen checked the envelope, finding a telephone number to which they called and inquired to see if the envelope with the money belonged to the person, and then made the delivery.
The citizen thanked the work and commitment of the uniformed men and the Police invited the citizens to report any type of similar situation or to timely report the criminal actions of which they are victims to the toll-free lines 123.
