Trois Six Zéro, the company from Limoges which makes you visit everything without leaving your home

We’ve all seen a video like this before. Almost as if we were there, thanks to it we can see in 3D what an apartment that we would like to buy looks like, discover a closed exhibition, visit a museum. The possibilities are limitless. And the health crisis with its share of restrictions and closures has boosted activity confirms Lucas Colras, manager of Trois Six Zéro: “we had the first fallout after the first confinement”.

From Paris to the Basque Country

Lucas Colras directs Trois Six Zéro in Limoges. This young company, it was created in 2018, has made these virtual tours a specialty. In particular for real estate agencies who, from the start of confinement in March 2020, wanted to offer virtual tours of their properties for sale.“We have a strong demand. We went for example to Paris, to Saint-Jean-de-Luz, Biarritz, everywhere”. The company has also worked a lot with cultural venues. Last great success to date with the Museum of Fine Arts of Limoges and its exhibition on Suzanne Valadon. “We had 3,500 people who were able to see the virtual tour of this exhibition”.

Not everyone will always be able to visit a museum “Lucas Colras

A success that Lucas Colras now considers sustainable. For him, virtual tours will not be abandoned as soon as the epidemic ends and museums and others reopen. “Not everyone will always be able to move around a museum” explains Lucas Colras in particular. One does not prevent the other besides. And to add: “where we will perhaps contribute the most is that we will be able to watch media directly in the virtual visit, it can be an explanatory video, where perhaps in the museum there would have been too many people”. Ditto for the visits of apartments where the virtual can save time for the agents as for the buyers.
