As explained by Professor Keith Woodford, Honorary Professor of Agri-Food Systems from Lincoln University, New Zealand, the great benefits of A2 cow’s milk or in scientific language are called A2 beta-casein, which is easy to digest because it consists of one hundred percent A2 beta-casein. And also reduces the risk of serious diseases and is better for increasing body immunity.
