Torton truck was rammed by the heavy machine in Santa María Magdalena
Accident caused by recklessness, was recorded yesterday afternoon in the Santa María Magdalena neighborhood, in the municipality of Querétaro, where a torton-type truck was run over by the train, after trying to beat it.
The heavy unit was circulating on Morelos Avenue, loaded with ground PET, when it was hit by the train, when it tried to win the race by crossing the tracks while the heavy machine was nearby.
When hit, the torton-type truck was projected a few meters, leaving significant material damage. Neighbors, realizing the accident, immediately reported the 911 emergency line.
Civil Protection personnel attended the scene, who assessed the operator of the unit and after their review, determined that he did not present serious injuries, so it would not be necessary to transfer him to the hospital.
