TRICON Garage Announces All-Star Driver Lineup for 2025 NASCAR Craftsman Truck series

TRICON Garage is revving up for the 2025 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series (NCTS) season with a powerhouse driver lineup set to compete in all 25 races. The team will field a rotating roster of seasoned veterans and promising young guns, ensuring a thrilling season of competition.

Leading the charge is 16-year-old Brent Crews, a Toyota Driver Progress prospect making his NCTS debut at North Wilkesboro Speedway in May. Crews, from Hickory, North Carolina, brings an notable racing resume to the table, including two ARCA Menards Series (AMS) victories and three CARS Tour late Model Stock (LMSC) wins. He was also named the 2024 LMSC Rookie of the Year and clinched the 2024 World Series of Asphalt super late model title at New Smyrna Speedway, achieving a remarkable top-five finish in all five races. His accomplishments extend to the Trans-AM TA2 Pro-Am Series, where he made history as the youngest winner (14 years, 3 months, 6 days) and champion (15 years, 7 months, 3 days).

Veteran driver Brandon Jones returns to the NCTS after a hiatus, bringing his considerable experience to TRICON for seven races. Jones, a full-time driver in the NASCAR Xfinity Series (NXS) for Joe Gibbs Racing, boasts over 350 national series appearances and six wins across the NCTS and NXS. “I’m excited to be back in the NCTS,” Jones said. “It’s a great opportunity to work with TRICON and contribute to their success.” His last NCTS win came at Pocono Raceway in 2020, where he also secured two top-10 finishes.

Rising star William Sawalich will make five NCTS starts in 2025, continuing his partnership with TRICON for a third consecutive season.The 19-year-old, also driving full-time in the Xfinity Series for Joe Gibbs Racing, made a name for himself in 2024 by becoming the youngest polesitter in Talladega Superspeedway history. He also secured nine wins and his second consecutive ARCA East championship.

Rounding out the driver lineup is Lawless Alan, who will compete in four NCTS races. the 24-year-old, a 2018 Irwindale Speedway Late Model Track Champion and 2019 Trans AM TA2 rookie of the Year, is transitioning to the Toyota pipeline, running the full AMS schedule for Venturini Motorsports. “I’m looking forward to the challenge of racing with TRICON,” Alan stated. He achieved a career-best fifth-place finish at Talladega in 2024.

Veteran race engineer Jake Hampton will lead the No. 1 team. In 2023, he served as interim crew chief for 10 races, guiding the team to three top-five finishes. In 2024, he played a crucial role in securing eight top-fives and 14 top-10s for the team.
