“Ibiza is said to be the home of sirens and nymphs who try to lure Odysseus from his ship in Homer’s Odyssey. It is also considered the sacred island of the Phoenician moon goddess Tanit, who was worshipped as the patron goddess of fertility and became the patroness of Ibiza. This inspired me to make a track about the island.” Armin van Buuren
