Frankfurt / Main (dpa / lhe) – As of today (9 a.m.), a 55-year-old father and his two sons (28 and 31) have to answer before the Frankfurt Regional Court because of the allegation of tax evasion and illegal work in the family group. Between 2014 and 2018, as the person in charge of a building management company with illegal work, you evaded contributions of 3.3 million euros from the social security providers. In addition, there were sales taxes in the five-digit amount. While the two sons are nominally supposed to have acted as managing directors, according to the indictment, the father actually exercised the management of the company.
