The five men (aged 34 to 54) are accused of forming a criminal organization. They are said to have produced and sold at least 28,000 recordings containing Nazi chants and hate slogans over a period of five years, earning more than 285,000 euros.

(54), his right-hand man, was responsible for the transport of goods, among other things. Stefan K. (45) was considered a technology expert. David H. (48) had apparently taken on the role of salesman. And Dominik W. (40), according to the prosecution, joined later and held various tasks.
The reading of the charges alone took almost four hours. The representatives of the public prosecutor’s office described in detail the design of the record covers. They showed Wehrmacht soldiers with swastika armbands, photos of Adolf Hitler, SS symbols, and logos of the banned right-wing extremist organization FAP.
The recordings had titles such as “The Reich is coming back,” “The worst thing is,” and “Savior of Germany.” The prosecutors also quoted the most disgusting song lyrics. One song calls for the killing of politicians: “Let’s murder them.”
