Woman is said to have been drunk
Konrad Adenauer Barracks crime scene: The two soldiers Asmir D. (23) and Hasan K. (24) leave the area after work on October 12, 2021. By car we first go to the kebab shop, then to the “Diamonds Club” in the center of Cologne.
There the two men meet a young woman (18). Because she can no longer find her friend, the soldiers later offer to drive her home. According to the prosecution, the 18-year-old was drunk at the time and was also under the influence of medication.
Victims smuggled into barracks
Lying in the back seat of their car, they smuggle the young woman past the guard and into the barracks.
According to the prosecution, Asmir D. and Hasan K. took turns raping the drugged and defenseless woman in their room and filmed themselves doing it. According to statements by the Public Prosecutor’s Office have the dazed victim during the abuse lying motionless on the bed.

Soldiers deny rape
After the indictment was read out, the accused denied rape. Maximilian Klefenz, Asmir D.’s defense attorney, said: “We assume that the co-plaintiff was fully sane that evening and that the sexual acts were consensual.”
