Accused: Jana N. (20) from Berlin-Lankwitz. Palestinian scarf around the neck. Social work student. On October 11, 2023, she distributed leaflets in front of the Ernst-Abbe-Gymnasium in Sonnenallee (Neukölln). Four days after the horrific Hamas massacre in Israel (1,200 dead, 200 hostages).
The inflammatory paper begins like this: “Since October 7th, various Palestinian liberation forces have been able to liberate large areas from the river to the sea from Israeli occupation…”
107 leaflets were confiscated. Ten days later, the Jew-hater hugged a police officer from behind at an anti-Israel demonstration.

Unbearable: Jana N. admits the leaflet in court, but celebrates the terrorist massacre in court again. Israel’s “settler colonialism” has “not too rarely murdered on a daily basis.” She cheers: “Hail international solidarity!” The claqueurs in the audience clap.
The student also seeks their eyes as she grins and recites her manifesto. She apparently sees the courtroom as her stage and describes the Hamas massacre as the “highlight” of the “legitimate resistance” of the Palestinian population against the “colonialist and racist occupation regime.” Unbelievable!
Judge Friederike Bartl keeps interrupting the defendant. The verdict is based on juvenile criminal law: 50 hours of leisure work within three months (for condoning crimes, physical assault, resistance).
