In February 2020, the Syrian Habash H. (28), who fled Aleppo in 2015, tackled the girl (14) from the neighborhood. First he asked her about her age via internet chat, then he sent her porn pictures, and finally a photo of his penis. And he offered her drugs: “I want you, what do you take?”
The youngster was beside herself and wanted to confront him. A huge mistake!
In the closed interrogation before the Dresden District Court, she described how H. first wanted to give her cocaine and then tried to put an ecstasy tablet into her mouth. He would have held her, kissed her and brutally grabbed her between the legs.
Habash H. only admitted possession of drugs, claimed: “I just hugged the girl in a friendly way!” Judge Markus Maier burst the collar: “You really mean that we are all stupid!”
He convicted him of drug trafficking and serious sexual assault.
