Trial Begins for Car Accident Fatality on National Route 50: Driver Faces Homicide Charges

She adds that the retrospective breathalyzer analysis indicates that the defendant was driving his vehicle with 1.84 g/l in blood.

Finally, it considers that the conduct displayed by the defendant exceeds negligence, who would have acted maliciously, since the possibility of the result of death should have been represented, as a consequence of driving a car in the reckless way in which he did it on a highly traveled route.
