David Trezeguet commented on the defeat Juventus from AC Milan. The former Juventus striker named the players Bianconeri looks confused on the field.
Juventus collapsed when entertaining Milan in continuation Italian League last weekend. Competing at Allianz Stadium, Monday (10/5/2021) in the morning WIB, the Old Lady lost by a landslide score of 0-3.
The defeat knocked Juventus out of the top four of the Italian League standings. They are now down to fifth with 69 points from 35 matches.
“It was a big defeat, Milan deserved to win and obviously Juventus did not prepare the match as they should,” Trezeguet said as reported Football Italia.
“The leader should emerge and give calm to the whole team. Now is a difficult moment, Juventus need nine points, but I believe there is still time to find the right solution and turn things around.”
David Trezeguet also highlighted the performance of the Juventus players, who he said looked confused. The former French footballer specifically commented on the performances of Cristiano Ronaldo and Alvaro Morata who were unable to do much on the pitch.
“It is not natural for Ronaldo and Morata to only touch the ball once in 25 minutes. It is not natural, but it happens too often,” said Trezeguet.
“I can see a lot of players looking confused on the pitch, without ideas on how to build attacks and how to defend.”
Juventus will then travel to Sassuolo headquarters, Wednesday (12/5/2021) evening local time.
“Wednesday’s match will be very difficult, but Juve must win. I believe Andrea Pirlo will find a solution, there is no time to think, just to win,” Trezeguet said hoping for a resurrection. Juventus.
