Liverpool get fresh air ahead of the counter duel Wolverhampton this weekend. Trent Alexander-Arnold and Naby Keita the possibility to play.
Trent has been sidelined for almost a month with a hamstring injury in the 1-1 draw against Manchester City in early November. Without Trent, Liverpool would have to field James Milner and Neco Williams at right-back.
However, the player crisis continued when Milner also had to be injured when he matched Brighton last week. Well, shortly after Trent was absent, then Naby Keita followed.
The Guinean midfielder suffered a thigh injury when Liverpool beat Leicester City 3-0 on 22 November. Keita was worried that he would be out for a long time because of his injury history.

Apart from Trent and Keita, other absent players are still patients in the Liverpool treatment room including Alex-Oxlade Chamberlain who has not played at all this season.
“Chamberlain has promised his condition. He warmed up with the team and we will provide his progress in the next few days. He’s getting closer,” said manager Juergen Klopp as quoted as saying Sky Sports.
“Naby and Trent seem to be able to enter the squad on Sunday. We’ll see, I don’t know for sure. Trent and Naby are just going to train. We’ll see what the response is. They haven’t practiced much and we’ll just wait for the progress,” he continued.
