The woman with the cheeky nickname knew how to market herself right from the start. Kiki Kogelnik even designed stamps with which the artist, born Sigrid in Graz in 1935, signed postcards and letters: she greeted them with “Bussi Kiki” or a printed face. She gave her works catchy titles like I Have Seen the Future and made Kiki an art brand.
