In 2017, Travis Scott signed a historic partnership with Nike which would further boost the brand’s popularity in the world of rap. A success which culminates today with the Jordan Cut the Check model, his first signature pair since the rapper was until then content to revisit the classic Air Force from Jordan Brand, the Nike branch.
Sneakers which sometimes give very surprising results but which continue to be a hit with the public, now accustomed to the olive-colored creations of Kylie Jenner’s ex-boyfriend. To continue this momentum, the artist renews his collaboration with Jordan Brand with the Air Jordan 1 Low x Travis Scott “Black Olive” expected in fall 2024.

Inspired by Michael Jordan’s (famous) first red and black pair, this sneaker mainly uses the colors already present in the latest model imagined by the rapper. The iconic Nike Swoosh is reversed and comes in white on each side of the shoe while the tongue comes in red.
A color that is also found on the back of the shoe with its embroidered Cactus Jack logo and the famous Wings, Jordan’s logo. As for the laces, it seems that only one tone was chosen by the artist, but it remains entirely possible that another color will be available once the pair is received. Note that we find a cream-colored sole and an olive outsole complete this pair which is already shaping up to be a must-have for the end of next year.
The Air Jordan 1 Low x Travis Scott “Black Olive” should be available in limited edition on nike.com in fall 2024 with a price of around €160.
