At a festival it was 2021 during the performance of US rappers Travis Scott (32) came to a deadly stampede in the state of Texas. Now it has been publicly announced that the musician will not be prosecuted. More specifically, prosecutor Kim Ogg said Thursday that no prosecution would be considered.

“It is tragic that ten innocent people died while enjoying an entertaining evening of music,” the prosecutor said, adding, “But tragedy is not a crime and death is not murder.”
