From July 5, new tariffs for railway passenger transportation are set in Belarus. This follows from Decree No. 40 of the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade, reported on the National Legal Internet Portal. The document covers tariffs for the transportation of passengers, baggage and cargo.
Thus, the tariff in regional economy class lines for one travel zone will be 0.35 rubles, for 1 km of travel – 0.035 rubles. For example, travel from Minsk to Gorodishche, from Minsk to Fanipol or from Brest to Zhabinka will rise in price by 29 kopecks (a fare within one tariff zone). A ticket from Minsk to Krasnoye Znamya, from Minsk to Negoreloye, from Grodno to Skidel (that is, within two tariff zones) will rise in price by 37 kopecks.
The last time rail fares changed was in April 2022.
