The FPS Foreign Affairs still advises against traveling in almost all of Europe. The whole map turns red, except for Iceland, which went from red to orange this week, says Karl Lagatie, spokesman for the FPS Foreign Affairs.

In Finland, Helsinki went from orange to red and the overseas department of French Guiana is also turning red. The only bright spot is Iceland, which is no longer red but turns orange. Only five regions in Europe still color orange apart from Iceland. These are the north east of Scotland, Dorset and Somerset in England and three regions in Norway.
Travelers returning from red areas must complete a ‘Passenger Location Form’ (PLF) if they have stayed there for more than 48 hours. Since 1 October, travelers returning from abroad have been asked to complete a ‘self-assessment questionnaire’ about their travel and / or residence conditions abroad, regardless of the zone from which they return.
