Here is the list of lines affected by the works and traffic disruptions this weekend.
Line 14. No metro will run on this line this Sunday, November 8, until 5 p.m., due to the extension work at Saint-Ouen town hall.
Line 4. The line is completely interrupted this Sunday also, until noon.
RER A. Traffic interrupted all weekend between Sartrouville and Poissy. You will need to take bus 5 or 24 or the RER A towards Cergy then shuttles between Achères and Poissy.
RER C. Due to works, no train is running between Juvisy and Versailles-Chantiers stations this Saturday and Sunday. Substitute buses run from Massy. Allow a good half an hour of additional journey.
In addition, the trains are direct all the weekend between Juvisy and Brétigny, in this direction. A replacement bus serves the stations of Savigny-sur-Orge, Epinay-sur-Orge, Sainte-Geneviève-des-Bois and Saint-Michel-sur-Orge.

Finally, the RER C is also completely interrupted this weekend between Invalides and Pontoise. You can take bus 138 between Porte de Clichy and Ermont-Eaubonne, then line H.
RER E. Traffic interrupted this Saturday all day and this Sunday until 1 p.m. between Chelles-Gournay and Noisy-le-Sec. A substitute bus is running. Allow 20 to 40 minutes for a longer journey.
Line H. No train all weekend between Paris Gare du Nord and Ermont-Eaubonne, as well as between Paris Nord and Sarcelles Saint-Brice. You are advised to take the RER D to Stade de France-Saint-Denis station, where buses can take you to Ermont or Sarcelles.
Line J. Like part of the RER A, this line is interrupted between Saint-Lazare and Poissy, due to the renewal of a switch at Achères Grand Cormier. Take the Cergy branch of the RER A then a shuttle to Achères Ville towards Poissy.
Line P. Due to the same works affecting the RER E, traffic is interrupted this Saturday all day and this Sunday until 1 p.m. on line P, between Paris Gare de l’Est and Château-Thierry or Meaux. A substitute bus runs and serves all stations.
