transitional deputies strengthen their capacities –

The 98 deputies recently appointed to Gabon have been taking part in a capacity building seminar since Monday, November 27, 2023.

The deputies appointed, most of them novices, acquire knowledge on issues relating to the exercise of their mission. They are brought together around the themes “ Transitional National Assembly: institutional role, status and diplomatic function” and “Transitional National Assembly: financial, legislative and evaluation function ».

The seminar is led by eminent professors from our various universities. The 98 deputies held a series of discussions with national and international experts. The training which lasted for two days was beneficial for the deputies who did not fail to relay it on their social networks.

This capacity building of deputies comes one month after the effective start of the second parliamentary session.
