WASHINGTON – An American transgender who went to court because he was not allowed to go to the boys’ bathroom at school, has won the last year in a legal battle. The U.S. Supreme Court decided not to hear his case on Monday. As a result, a decision of a lower court remains in force. He agreed with Gavin Grimm, born as a girl, who felt like a boy.
