POINT OF VIEW / In a letter posted on Facebook, the Minister of Health, Christian Dubé, seems to absolve himself of responsibility for the current problems experienced in the network of health and social services and tries to reassure the population on the implementation of his Plan. However, two fundamental ingredients are missing from this missive: concrete actions and results! It has been nine months since the Plan was made public. In the field, patients and workers are far from hearing the promised “mini-revolution”. In our eyes, we are faced with a problem of the quality of public policies, which are rather exercises in communication. However, the solutions exist and the brave network workers have been shouting for years to pass them on to us.
